    • Experience in a similar position (atleast 2 years)
    • Experience in management (atleast 2 years)
    • Experience of implementation and administration of Service Desk systems
    • Experience in making technical tasks, writing scripts, reports
    • Ability to manage projects


    Main tasks:

    • Development of the Service Desk project in the Company
    • (scaling, training of employees in software, control at all levels, introduction of new functionalities)
    • Personnel management within the department: motivation, formation and achievement of KPI
    • Development and coordination of procedures and orders governing the work processes in the Service Desk
    • Improving the quality of IT services provided by business units
    • Organization, optimization and support of processes of service divisions (Business Service Management)
    • Ensure prompt top management information about emergencies
